Introduction

Welcome to my space on the web.This is to record my experiments in the kitchen.When I got married in Aug 2006 and landed in the US of A ,I didnt know any differences between the various types of dals and flours.Thanks to foodbloggers like Sailaja of sailusfood.com...I picked up quiet a lot of basics.My experiments so far..

1.Spicy chicken masala curry...from sailusfood.com..this was a hit..
2.Pepper chicken..this turned out to be ok.
3.Poornalu..was a flop the first time as I used to roasted chana instead of the ordinary chana dal..but they came out well the 2nd time
4.Traditional Andhra Kodi kura
5.Dondakayi fry
